UPDATE: Brutal. I have left the platform after being lied to for a month about the status of them shipping my card reader. After having to pay to run two systems due to no card reader, constant lies, and horrible customer service, I am now fighting with them to get the $500 refund they owe me for the services and products they did not provide. Great service off that bat but now that I have an account I can’t get any support. I’ve been told for a couple weeks that they will get me information on when my card reader will be here and when my website will be ready. At this point I’m ready to cancel, and I haven’t even got up and going. Super frustrated.

I ordered flowers for my dad’s final chemotherapy day and explicitly instructed: if the driver can’t get through the gate, leave them at the front office. I added extra instructions to make sure it happened today. Clear. Simple. Foolproof. Apparently not for this company. No delivery. No backup plan followed. No evidence anyone read the instructions. Florists don’t just sell flowers. They sell timing. They sell care. They sell the idea that a hard day can be softened by something beautiful. You failed at the entire purpose of your business.

I have been using Hana’s point of sale system for 5 years now. The first 4 1/2 years I was incredibly impressed, extremely user friendly, every tool you could possibly need as a florist in one place, google verifying recipient addresses, integrated routing, app based for drivers providing real time updates for my team and customers. 6 months ago the system started failing, often. When I say often I mean the entire system stops working for anywhere from 2 mins to a half day. On a good day this happens 5 times on a bad day it exceeds 12. I looked at my email today, I have had to email them 42 times in the last 3 months. A member of their team finally admitted to me they had a security breach 6 months ago and the system update has caused technical issues. I have customers walking out the door, sales that can not be rung. I am hemorrhaging money because of this software. So much so that they are getting dangerously close to a lawsuit. I can’t even get a manager on the phone. My in-house IT team has confirmed that this is purely a Hana issue. The only response they have had about this issue is that I need to call when the issue is occurring. They are not set up to receive incoming tech

I had a excellent experience dealing with Hana Florist POS. they are very helpful, thorough and will go the extra mile to make sure your website is functioning perfectly. they actually will practically hold your hand through it. I searched all over the net for a website that can satisfy my request list. the most important in them was the auto print function of the orders. They provide that ! Not only that, the degree of control that you will have over almost every single item is out of this world. they did think like a florist and provided the tools for the florist. it will take a bit of a learning curve but that is only because i like to do everything. other florist may want to delegate some tasks to them and they will happily do so. Customer service is excellent, Sales people are excellent( wink wink at Bryan). they are trustworthy and worth every penny because it will come back in sales $. So go ahead and do not hesitate, it will do your shop a lot of good.
